My role at CropSCOUT
As Project Manager of CropSCOUT, my job starts in the field, not at a desk. I sit down with local farmers and talk through the financial and technical problems they run into in their day-to-day agricultural work.
I listen first — then turn what they tell us into solutions, so CropSCOUT grows around the problems farmers really have.
About
I'm a final-year Food Safety Management student at Royal Agricultural University (RAU), graduating in 2027.
Since June 2024, I've served as a Public Eco-Inspector at Uzbekistan's National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change — a role that's taken me into the field to identify nearly 40 environmental violations and help see them through to resolution.
Outside inspections, I'm an eco-activist at heart: running seminars and interactive trainings for young people on conservation, environmental protection, and climate adaptation, and organizing prize-based competitions and debates that get them thinking — and arguing — about climate change. I also serve as Republican Coordinator of the International Youth Ecological Committee under the Youth Affairs Agency.
Current initiative
In the lab, I'm researching PLA-based bioplastics made from agricultural waste — part of a push toward food security and ecological innovation. Most recently, I represented the FAO WFF National Youth Chapter on stage at the GEF Assembly in Samarkand.

Represented the FAO WFF National Youth Chapter on stage, speaking to delegates about youth-led climate and agricultural action.
Selected as one of 200+ participants out of nearly 3,000 university-student applicants — a 6% acceptance rate.
Helped gather 200+ young environmental activists for seminars on tourism, ecology, biodiversity, and environmental education.
Collected projects from delegates across 14 regions and supported their participation in the "Best Environmental Project" competition.
Built leadership skills alongside students in agriculture, ecology, irrigation, and food-security management.
